Design Work - Engel Electric

Engel Electric Company has performed several design build electrical projects. These projects include preliminary meetings with customers in order to develop a scheme of design as well as a budget. We then submit preliminary and product drawings enable our customers to not only review electrical layouts, but also review materials, styles and design. To complete this process, construction drawings are prepared by using our AutoCAD system. If required the drawings are stamped by an electrical engineer. We strongly feel the design build concept enables our customers to have the electrical design and construction professionally performed with a large emphasis on customer needs and budget. The following are some examples of our design built projects.

This four story building that was originally a department store. Located in Clinton Iowa and listed as a historical monument, the owner and design build developer/general contractor expressed their desire that the building had to keep with its historic value. We developed the entire electrical design for this project.

Engel Electric Co. shows its diversity in our ever growing design build market by performing the following project. We have not only designed many commercial projects, but have crossed over to industrial clients. This local cement processing plant has entrusted us to complete several projects including the design of equipment driven by PLC control. Again, these projects were completely design build electrical, in which we as a company are very proud to have been a part.

This project was designed, built, and completed several months early and within budget. We worked with a design team for this cooling water pump station for a electrical generating plant.
